How We Use Your Information

To register and manage your laundry shop on the platform
To display your shop to nearby customers (within 5 km)
To receive and manage incoming laundry orders
To send real-time order notifications (new orders, updates)
To allow you to update order status and communicate with customers

Location Data

Your shop's GPS location is used to display your shop to nearby customers
Location is set during shop registration and can be updated anytime
Your live personal location is not tracked during app use
Location is not tracked in the background when the app is closed

Data Sharing

We never sell your data. We share data only as needed to deliver our service:

Customers: Shop name, location, and availability visible to users
Delivery Partners: Order pickup details shared for collection
Firebase (Google): Secure data storage and push notifications

Push Notifications

We use Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) to send you notifications:

New order received
Order status updates (picked up, delivered)
Customer messages or special requests

You can disable notifications anytime via your device settings.

All data stored on Firebase Firestore with strict security rules
HTTPS encryption for all data transmission
Access restricted to authorized users only
Regular security reviews of our systems

Data Retention

We retain your data as long as your shop account is active. Upon deletion request:

Personal data deleted within 30 days
Order history retained for 1 year for legal/tax compliance
Shop listing removed immediately upon account deletion
